Reviews are moderated for compliance with content guidelines, while the platform states that it does not edit users' comments or rating selections. Hospitals cannot pay for positive reviews or pay to remove negative reviews.
Hospitals can also claim their profiles, respond to reviews, update hospital information, and engage with healthcare consumers through their Rate A Hospital presence.
